Common questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Until you pick your plan and get in touch, you can't open new sales or customers, but you can still see all your existing records.
Do I need a card?
No. An email address and your shop's name are enough to start.
How do I choose a plan?
Write to info@optitakip.com; we'll agree on the plan that fits your shop and set up your account. There is no online payment step.
How many people can use it?
As many users as your plan includes. Giving each person their own login keeps “who sold it” accurate.
Which number do WhatsApp messages come from?
Your shop's own WhatsApp number. You connect it in settings with a QR code, so customers get messages from a number they know.
Do I need a computer?
No. OptiTakip runs in the browser; the same screens open on phone, tablet and computer.
